People:
Engia was conceived in the mattress business for over 8 decades and due to its tenure in the industry has successfully developed, through success and time, trials and errors, the very best our industry has to offer. We have master craftsmen hand making mattresses every day, some of which have been employed for 30+ years. This experience allows us for the highest of quality of work, innovative design and attention to detail and approach. Our Sales and Executive teams extend from a broad range of backgrounds and experience levels bringing both retail, marketing and manufacturing experience. Some of our leadership group helped shape company’s household name brands like Serta, WD40 and a long list of Top 100 furniture and Mattress retailers. We continue to attract the best talent that is committed to the best solutions for their clients.
Process:
Engia offers a detailed and comprehensive multi step process to ensure all our customers brands launch and take flight. We don’t just focus on manufacturing, but we take our clients through a journey from conception of product design, prototyping branding and marketing guidance. In addition, we oversee every detail of the product launch and extend into the training of our RSA’s and the selling process. We then include sales and data and can conduct detailed results analysis of your mattress department to ensure maximum results.
Product:
The multi facility and state of the art capabilities allow for Engia to create and produce a wide range of mattress products that are in line with industry trends. In addition, Engia offers custom solutions with a focus on innovation and moving clients brand forward. We manufacture vertically, cutting our own foams, making our own coils and designing, cutting and sewing our own covers. Engia also operates a turn-key bed in a box and or compression facility that allows us to offer the latest in omni channel and online mattress solutions. No matter if it’s a upscale tufted latex bed, and promotional pillow top, or an innovative Copper Gel hybrid with cooling fabric, Engia has a solution for your brand.
